The City of Miami invites you to join a music festival for music lovers. An International Contest that will reunite famous composers and songwriters from around the world, representing many different countries. Good Music, exchange of cultures, languages and customes will be among the features to enjoy in this event. The Miami International Song Festival Inc., is a NON PROFIT company created under the statues of Florida Law.

La ciudad de Miami te invita a unirte a un festival para los amantes de la buena musica. Un concurso internacional que reunira a compositores de alrededor del mundo, representando a diferentes paises. Buena musica, intercambio de culturas, tradiciones y ritmos seran algunas de las ventajas que nos ofrecera este festival. El "Miami International Song Festival Inc." es una compañia no lucrativa bajos los estatutos de las leyes de la Florida.
ABOUT OUR FESTIVAL
MISSION STATEMENT
The Miami International Song Festival is an event design to promote art and culture in South Florida. Composers and songwriters from around the world will gather in our magical city to share new rythms and lyrics from the best contemporary music written internationally.
FACTS
The Festival will take place in Sunny Miami during the month of July of each year. The participants can start sending their songs in the month of August of the previous year. A panel of international experts will choose the best fifteen compositions during the month of June. A big gala will be conducted to recognize the best songs and the best singers. The different Dolphin awards will be presented to the winners. Press recognition, as well as, intense promotion will air, featuring the magtinude and importance of the event.

El Festival Internacional de la canción de Miami, es un evento diseñado a promover el arte y la cultura en la ciudad de Miami. Compositores y cantautores de alrededor del mundo se reunirán en nuestra mágica ciudad para compartir música inédita de los mejores compositores internacionales.
El festival tomara lugar en la capital del sol, la ciudad de Miami, durante el mes de julio de cada año. Los concursantes pueden empezar a mandar sus temas desde el mes de agosto del año anterior. Un panel de expertos internacionales escogerá las mejores quince composiciones durante el mes de junio. Una importante gala tomara lugar el 12 de julio donde los mejores intérpretes y las mejores composiciones serán premiados. La prensa estará presente promoviendo el trabajo de estos compositores, dando gran importancia y reconocimiento a este evento.
History of project
An innovative and artistic city like Miami, a place full of talent and great artists and musicians, has never had a festival to promote songwriting and to praise composers for their good work. Having this in mind, we created the "Miami International Song Festival" a contest to hear good music from all around the world, and give composers and performers the opportunity to show us their hard work.
Historia del Proyecto
Una ciudad tan popular e innovadora como la ciudad de Miami, un lugar lleno de talento y excelentes musicos y artistas, nunca ha contado con un festival que promueva musica nueva y que premie a los compositores por su excelente trabajo y labor. Teniendo esto en cuenta, hemos creado el "Festival Internacional de la Cancion de Miami, un concurso para escuchar la mejor musica escrita alrededor del mundo, y dar asi a los compositores y cantautores la oportunidad de mostrar sus obras y composiciones al mundo.
